Many children in Haiti miss school years due to financial hardship. To address this, the school actively invites over-age students into lower grades. Admissions staff conduct a foundational evaluation to determine proper placement, rather than relying on strict age cutoffs.

Academic Placement & Holistic Fit
Parental Alignment over Financial StatusYou are eliminating financial barriers by providing free uniforms, materials, and meals. Your admission criteria can highlight parental alignment over financial status.
EvaluationDiagnostic Evaluation
New students entering Fundamental Cycles (Grades 1–6) complete a brief assessment in basic literacy (Creole/French) and numeracy, which measures their reading, writing, and math skills. This is not to reject a child. The purpose is to place students where they can thrive and address any learning gaps.
AgreementParent Agreement
Parents or guardians must sign a form promising to ensure their child comes to school, helps them study at home, and attends all required school meetings.
ValuesSupport for Values
Families must agree to support the school’s Christian environment, focus on good character, and community service.
